These terms explain how the Ambora Studio website may be used and what happens before a separate project agreement exists.
About Ambora
Ambora Studio is an independent digital studio operated by Eduard Khon in Incheon, South Korea. Contact address: Hillstate Songdo The Terrace Officetel Building 103, 415 Central-ro, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon 22020, South Korea. References to “Ambora”, “we” or “us” mean this independent operation, not an incorporated company.

This website presents capabilities, examples and general information. It is not a binding offer, guarantee or professional legal, financial or regulatory advice. Features, availability and descriptions may change as the studio's work develops.
Projects and contracts
Submitting an enquiry or discussing an idea does not create a service contract. Scope, deliverables, timetable, fees, payment, ownership, support and any specific guarantees are valid only when agreed separately in writing for that project.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful or harmful material, or use automated traffic in a way that degrades the service.
Intellectual property
The Ambora name, visual identity, site design, copy and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. You may view and share links to the site, but may not copy, resell or present its materials as your own without written permission. Client-project ownership is governed by the separate project agreement.
External services and availability
The site may link to or rely on services such as Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram, Google and Vercel. Their availability and policies are controlled by those providers. We aim to keep the site accurate and available but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access.
Responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ambora is not responsible for indirect loss caused solely by reliance on general website information or by third-party service interruption. Nothing here excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms and publish the revised date above. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, these terms are governed by applicable laws of South Korea, while mandatory rights in a visitor's country continue to apply. Questions can be sent to amborastudio@gmail.com.
