This notice explains what Ambora Studio collects, why it is used, which services receive it, and the choices available to you.
Who is responsible
Ambora Studio is an independent digital studio operated by Eduard Khon in Incheon, South Korea. Contact address: Hillstate Songdo The Terrace Officetel Building 103, 415 Central-ro, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon 22020, South Korea. Eduard Khon is responsible for the personal data described in this notice. Data we collect
When you submit the contact form, we receive your name, preferred reply channel and contact detail, business type, selected service, task description and, if supplied, company or website. If you contact us directly, we receive the message and account details provided by your email, Telegram or WhatsApp service.
The site also processes basic technical information needed to deliver and protect pages. With your consent, Google Analytics records page paths, conversion events, approximate location, device and browser information. Our custom events never include the name, contact detail, company or free-form message submitted through the form.
Why and on what basis
We use enquiry data to reply, understand the requested project and take steps toward a possible service agreement. We use necessary technical data for site security, reliability and operation. These activities rely on taking requested pre-contract steps and our legitimate interest in operating a secure business website, where applicable.
Google Analytics is used only after consent. We do not sell personal data, share it with advertisers or add visitors to an unsolicited mailing list.
Contact delivery and direct channels
A submitted website enquiry is delivered to Ambora through the Telegram Bot API. Telegram therefore processes the form content in its infrastructure. Direct Telegram, WhatsApp or email links open the service chosen by you; messages then follow that provider's own privacy terms. The form is not currently delivered through WhatsApp or an email-delivery provider.
Analytics and performance
Vercel Web Analytics provides aggregated, cookie-free traffic statistics and does not identify visitors across different days or websites. Vercel Speed Insights measures technical performance such as Core Web Vitals. Google Analytics 4 is loaded only after you accept analytics and helps us understand page visits and the five conversion actions described on this site. Advertising storage and personalisation are disabled.
Service providers and international transfers
The services involved may include Vercel for hosting and anonymous analytics, Google for consented analytics, Telegram for form delivery, and Telegram, WhatsApp/Meta or your email provider when you choose a direct channel. These providers may process data outside your country. Their contractual terms and transfer safeguards apply to their processing.
How long we keep data
Enquiries that do not become client work are kept for up to 12 months after the last contact, then deleted unless a legal reason requires longer retention. Client records may be kept for the project term and any applicable contractual, accounting or tax period. GA4 event-level retention is set to 14 months; standard aggregated reports may remain available for longer under Google's service settings.
Your rights and security
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw analytics consent at any time. You may also complain to the relevant data-protection authority. Send requests to amborastudio@gmail.com; we may need enough information to verify the request.
We limit access and use appropriate technical measures, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Changes and questions
